My career journey began at Manpower, one of the largest publicly traded employers in the United States. Working at Manpower gave me a front-row seat to the complexities of human behavior and talent acquisition. Interviewing people daily and connecting them to the right job sharpened my ability to identify skill sets and understand what drives individuals—an invaluable skill that I carry with me to this day.
I then moved on to Ryder, another prominent publicly traded company with over 90 years of history. At Ryder’s headquarters in Miami, I immersed myself in various departments, from HR and Strategy to Marketing, and collaborated closely with Finance and Legal teams. This diverse exposure was like a mini-MBA, providing me with insights into the inner workings of a major corporation. I learned to navigate complex organizational structures, drive strategic initiatives, and lead cross-functional projects. This experience laid the groundwork for my future as a business owner, teaching me how to wear many hats and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
Fueled by a desire to build something of my own, I took a leap of faith and started my entrepreneurial journey. It wasn’t always easy, but the thrill of creating something from the ground up kept me motivated. As the business grew, I realized that I wanted to build an agency that truly understood the needs of businesses—beyond just delivering a service. In 2017, I met Bradley Cummins when WMD was born.
At WMD, we don’t just offer website and marketing services; we become strategic partners for our clients, diving deep into their business challenges and finding growth solutions that drive impact. Our team has helped brands across various industries navigate the complexities of branding, growth strategy, digital marketing, media buying, and web presence. We take pride in rolling up our sleeves and getting into the trenches with our clients, helping them scale and achieve their business goals.
Today, as the Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer, I’m excited to lead a talented team that shares my passion for innovation and strategic thinking. Whether we’re helping a company migrate to a more efficient eCommerce platform or crafting a comprehensive growth strategy, our goal remains the same: to empower businesses to thrive in today’s fast-paced market.
