This doctor duo came to us with a challenging name, 4th Street Medical. To create a more flexible brand, we introduced 4SM as a shorthand and designed two logo variations. The primary logo works for larger applications while the 4SM monogram is optimized for smaller screens and digital use.

We also developed an extensive identity system featuring rich textures and patterns inspired by mitochondria and Art Deco. Abstract shapes derived from nature represent different procedures, creating a cohesive visual language.

The result is a distinctive brand that extends across every touchpoint including business cards, letterheads, patient materials, website, and social media.
